Directions
- Trim and halve Brussels sprouts through the stems, cutting larger ones in quarters.
- Heat air fryer to 400°F.
- Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Fry for 6 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring the sprouts halfway through.
- Sprinkle sprouts with garlic. Continue to fry until the garlic is golden brown, another 2 to 4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, lime juice, and soy sauce. Set aside.
