Ingredients
Rye bread 8 slice, regular or 256g
Swiss cheese 4 slice (1 oz) or 112g
Turkey breast meat 12 slice (3-1/2" square; 8 per 6 oz package or 252g
Directions
- Spread about 3/4 teaspoon mustard over each slice of bread.
- Place cheese on four pieces of bread, and divide turkey evenly over cheese.
- Top turkey and cheese with 2 1/2 tablespoon of sauerkraut, and 1 tablespoon of dressing. Top each with other bread slices, mustard side down.
