Ingredients
- Red wine vinegar

- Brown sugar

- Cornstarch

Directions
- Prepare the rice according to the package instructions.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, the first portion of water, red wine vinegar, sugars, half of the minced garlic, and ginger. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the warm water and cornstarch until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.
- Heat the sauce over medium-high heat. Gradually whisk in the cornstarch mixture and simmer until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil. Add the diced onions and cook until softened.
- Add the ground turkey and remaining garlic to the pan. Cook until the turkey is halfway done, then add grated carrots and chopped broccoli. Continue cooking until the turkey is no longer pink.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the turkey and vegetable mixture. Stir and simmer for about five minutes to blend the flavors.
- Serve the turkey mixture over the prepared rice. Garnish with diced scallions and serve immediately.
