Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Prepare quinoa as per package directions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, black beans, and corn.
- Mix cumin, garlic powder, oil, and lime juice in a smaller bowl. Pour over the quinoa mixture and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
