  1. Wash, clean, and chop fennel into small pieces
  2. Pour water into a frying pan such that it just covers the bottom. Add chopped fennel. Cover and cook on high heat until water evaporates; keep watch as it is easy to burn the fennel.
  3. Throughly mix the coconut oil with fennel and continue cooking on high heat. Mix frequently, cook until fennel starts browning. Once browned, season with salt and garlic powder. Serve and enjoy!
