Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare rice as per package directions; set aside.
  2. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat with oil.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add beef. Cook until browned., about 12 minutes, stirring to crumble.
  5. Drain and return to pan.
  6. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt.
  7. Add rice and beans. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stirring occasionally .
