Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Small dice the vegetables and set aside. Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat and add the chopped vegetables. Cook until soft, about 5-7 minutes, and drain off any liquid. Add the smoked salmon.
