Ingredients
Sauce, hot chile, sriracha
2 tsp or 10g
Directions
- Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Place the Nori seaweed sheet on a sushi mat with the rough, non-shiny side facing up. If you don't have a sushi mat, lay the sheet on a piece of plastic wrap on the counter.
- Spread the tuna mixture on the bottom half of the sheet. Line avocado slices alongside the tuna.
- Using the mat (or plastic wrap), roll the sheet over the tuna into a cylinder. Apply a little pressure until the roll holds together, then release it from the rolling mat.
- Use a very sharp knife to slice the roll into approximately 6 pieces.
- Dot the top of each roll with a bit of Sriracha sauce. Enjoy.
