- Mix tuna, mayonnaise and cilantro in a bowl.
- Place Nori seaweed sheet on a sushi mat with the rough non shiny side facing up. If you do not have a sushi mat, lay the sheet on a piece of plastic wrap laid out on the counter.
- Spread tuna mixture on bottom half of sheet. Line avocado slices alongside the tuna.
- Using the mat (or plastic wrap) roll the sheet over the tuna until it is rolled into a cylinder. Apply a little pressure until the roll holds together on it’s own, then release it from the rolling mat.
- Take a very sharp knife and slice the roll into approximately 6 pieces.
- Dot the top of each roll with a bit of Siriachi sauce. Enjoy.
