- Heat skillet over high heat. Brown ground turkey. Remove turkey from pan; add olive oil. Toss green beans in olive oil and cook on high heat until tender. Add garlic, salt and walnuts to the green beans and cook for a minute or two. Lastly add in ground turkey and cook for another minute. Serve hot!
