Ingredients
- Rice wine vinegar

Directions
- Cook rice according to package directions, then set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add turkey, onion, carrot, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook, breaking up the meat, until the turkey is no longer pink.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, hoisin sauce, and chili garlic sauce.
- Push the meat and vegetables to one side of the skillet. If the pan is dry, spray with cooking spray, then pour in the beaten eggs and scramble.
- Stir the scrambled eggs into the meat and vegetables.
- Add peas and brown rice, cooking until heated through.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and serve garnished with scallions and sesame seeds.
