Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions, then set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add turkey, onion, carrot, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook, breaking up the meat, until the turkey is no longer pink.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, hoisin sauce, and chili garlic sauce.
  5. Push the meat and vegetables to one side of the skillet. If the pan is dry, spray with cooking spray, then pour in the beaten eggs and scramble.
  6. Stir the scrambled eggs into the meat and vegetables.
  7. Add peas and brown rice, cooking until heated through.
  8. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve garnished with scallions and sesame seeds.
