Directions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- When the rice is about 15 minutes from being done, heat a large skillet over high heat. Add sesame oil and sauté the scallions and garlic for about 2 minutes.
- Add the ground turkey and sauté for 3-5 minutes until mostly cooked, breaking up the meat as much as possible.
- Stir in the chili garlic sauce, hoisin sauce, and ginger. Add the green beans and soy sauce, stirring to coat. Cook over high heat for 7-9 minutes, stirring frequently, until the beans are slightly tender.
- Stir in the rice vinegar and cook for one more minute. Serve over the cooked rice.
