Directions

  1. Combine the yogurt and egg in a mixing bowl.
  2. Process the oatmeal in a food processor or blender to make oat flour. Mix this flour with the wet ingredients and season with cinnamon and salt to taste.
  3. Grease a non-stick pan with a little coconut oil over medium heat. Pour the batter into the pan, cover with a lid, and cook until the bottom is browned. Flip and cook the other side equally.
