Directions

  1. Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat.
  2. In a seperate bowl combine the almond flour, baking soda, stevia, and cream of tartar until well combined.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and 4 tbsp melted coconut oil to the eggs.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the eggs bowl. Mix until well combined.
  5. Grease the pan with remaining coconut oil and create 4-5 small pancakes for every serving. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes until the top of the pancake begins to firm up. Flip and cook the other side for 1 minute.
  6. Take off the heat and enjoy.
