Directions
- Chop the stem and leaves from the cauliflower head and add the remaining florets to boiling water. Boil until soft.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat with a light coating of coconut oil until crispy. Allow to cool on a paper towel, then chop into pieces.
- In a high-powered blender, combine the cooked cauliflower, yogurt, chicken broth, garlic, and oregano, and basil. Blend until smooth.
