Ingredients

  • Bacon

    Raw, cured pork

    4 strip or 48g

  • Peas

    Green, canned, regular pack, solids and liquids

  • Wheat flour

Directions

  1. Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Remove from pan, crumble bacon, and set aside.
  2. Add peas to the bacon grease left in the skillet. Cook on low heat until warmed through.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and pepper. Pour in the evaporated milk and whisk until smooth.
