Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub muffin pan with a tiny bit of coconut oil or spay with cooking spray.
- Place the flour, cocoa, protein powder, baking soda, salt and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- In a separate small mixing bowl mix together the oil, applesauce and bananas, mashing them as you combine them. Add the egg and stir well.
- Carefully pour the mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix to combine just until the dry mixture is moistened completely.
- Fill each cup 2/3 full. Bake 20-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
