Ingredients

Directions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, quinoa, chia seeds, almonds, cherries, and chocolate.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt together almond butter, honey, coconut oil, and salt, stirring occasionally until smooth. Stir in prune puree.
- Pour the almond butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir to combine.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into bars, using about 1/3 cup of the mixture for each bar. Place the bars on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
