Ingredients
- Bread, naan, plain, commercially prepared, refrigerated

Directions
- Prepare rice and naan according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Add minced onions and cook until golden, about 3 minutes.
- Add peeled and grated ginger and stir for 1 minute, then add crushed garlic and cook for another minute. Mix in cumin, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, and salt until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and milk. Simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Temper the yogurt by placing it in a bowl and adding 1/2 cup of the sauce to it. Stir well and then add it back to the sauce, mixing thoroughly.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, add to skillet, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
