Directions
- In a small pot combine the oatmeal, cinnamon, and honey.
- Add in 1 cup of water and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and bring to boil over medium/high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium/low and simmer until the oats are thick, stirring frequently. (About 5 minutes)
- Take off the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- While the oatmeal cools, combine the cream cheese, honey, and 1/4 tsp vanilla in a small bowl.
- Blend with an electric hand mixture until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Transfer the cooked oatmeal into a bowl and stir in the 1/2 cup of blueberries and the cream cheese mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy!
