Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare tofu by pressing out the water. Freezing the tofu in its package, thawing it in the fridge, and then pressing will give it a better texture.
- Cover tofu with BBQ sauce and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes, checking regularly and brushing on more sauce as it dries.
