Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and place a rack in the middle. Lightly grease a baking sheet and set aside.
- In a large bowl whisk balsamic vinegar, melted butter, crushed garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir in mushrooms and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Spread mushrooms onto the prepared baking sheet. Place in the oven and roast for about 15 to 20 minutes, until tender.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
