Directions

  1. Open a can of tuna and empty into a medium-sized bowl; gently break up the meat with a fork.
  2. Chop the scallions and jalapeño and add to the tuna. Mix in salt, pepper, and a spritz of lime.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash half an avocado with the rest of the lime juice. Add to the tuna and stir to combine.
  4. Grab two sheets of nori and place a piece of lettuce on each.
  5. Divide the tuna salad onto the lettuce, wrap it up, and enjoy!
