Directions

  1. Combine sweet chili sauce, orange marmalade, garlic, and soy sauce in a baking dish and whisk. Reserve 1/4 of this marinade.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on salmon and place skin up in marinade; let this sit for at least 1hr.
  3. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray. Place salmon skin down on sheet.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until brown and opaque (internal temperature should be 145°F).
  5. Pour reserved marinade over cooked fish and garnish with green onions.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
