- Combine sweet chili sauce, orange marmalade, garlic, and soy sauce in a baking dish and whisk. Reserve 1/4 of this marinade.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on salmon and place skin up in marinade; let this sit for at least 1hr.
- Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray. Place salmon skin down on sheet.
