Directions
- Microwave soy sauce, sake, grated ginger, and sugar on high for 3 minutes, then add lemon juice. Pour half of liquid in glass casserole dish and cool and reserve the other half in the fridge.
- Add salmon pieces to casserole dish and turn to coat. Refrigerate 1 to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium. Grill salmon about 4 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness. Saute spinach in 1 tbs olive oil until wilted. Cook soba noodles to directions. Transfer noodles to individual bowls, top with spinach, salmon, and reserved glaze.
