Ingredients

Directions

  1. Microwave soy sauce, sake, grated ginger, and sugar on high for 3 minutes, then add lemon juice. Pour half of liquid in glass casserole dish and cool and reserve the other half in the fridge.
  2. Add salmon pieces to casserole dish and turn to coat. Refrigerate 1 to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium. Grill salmon about 4 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness. Saute spinach in 1 tbs olive oil until wilted. Cook soba noodles to directions. Transfer noodles to individual bowls, top with spinach, salmon, and reserved glaze.
