Directions

  1. Drizzle olive oil onto the bottom of the crock pot. Add minced garlic, then roll the pork tenderloin in the mixture to coat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes. Pour this mixture over the pork.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 4-6 hours.
  4. Transfer the pork to a serving dish and pour about half a cup of the cooking juices over it. Reserve the remaining juices to serve with individual portions.
