Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450F.
- Coat Large glass baking dish with the oil. Add the salmon and sprinkle salt and pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- In bowl massage the raspberries and brown sugar together. Spread over top of salmon.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Increase heat to broil and broil the salmon for 2 minutes. Serve. Each fillet is from 6 ounces of uncooked salmon.
