  2. Add butter, heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese to a pan over medium heat. Whisk until melted and combined.
  3. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth. Then, add parmesan cheese.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. How to Make the Casserole
  6. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  7. To a large casserole dish (I used a rectangular 7"x11" dish), add 5 cups of cooked, cubed chicken breast.
  8. Pour alfredo sauce on top.
  9. Layer the toppings in this order: mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, crushed pork rinds.
  10. Bake in preheated oven on the center rack for 25 minutes.
