Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread some canola oil on the paper.
- Place salmon on sheet, skin side down. Bake for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Brush with honey and sprinkle with salt. Return to oven and bake for a further 10 minutes.
