Directions
- Season the salmon with salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
- Combine the honey, water, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice and a pinch of salt together in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat up a skillet and add the olive oil. Pan-fry the salmon until it is almost cooked. Add minced garlic into the pan and brown them. Add the honey mixture and lemon wedges (optional) into the skillet, reduce the sauce until it’s sticky.
- (Optional step) If you want the salmon a bit charred place the salmon in the oven for 1 minute or until the surface becomes slightly charred.
