Directions
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Add chicken breast water and boil for 8-12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Drain and set aside to cool slightly. Chop into bite sized pieces.
- Chop onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add chopped vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until tender. Add chicken, spices, and lime juice. Sauté for a few minutes.
