Directions
- Marinate prawns in oil, paprika, salt & pepper
- Slice up spring onions
- Combine soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and sesame seeds with a tbsp of water. You can add chilli here if you wish.
- Cook the prawns and set aside. Then cook spring onion with garlic until fragrant. move to the side and scramble the eggs.
- Once mostly cooked, add the sauce, noodles and prawns to heat through
