Directions

  1. Marinate prawns in oil, paprika, salt & pepper
  2. Slice up spring onions
  3. Combine soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and sesame seeds with a tbsp of water. You can add chilli here if you wish.
  4. Cook the prawns and set aside. Then cook spring onion with garlic until fragrant. move to the side and scramble the eggs.
  5. Once mostly cooked, add the sauce, noodles and prawns to heat through
