  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken breasts for 7-12 minutes per side until fully cooked and no longer pink. Let rest for 5 minutes before chopping into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place bacon in a cold pan and turn heat to medium. Cook until crispy, then drain and chop.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine chopped chicken, bacon, raisins, celery, green onions, and pine nuts.
