  1. 1. Place one sheet of rice paper in a medium bowl of warm water until softende. Remove carefully from water and place on a tea-towel.
  2. 2. Place a little hoisin sauce and chicken in the centre of the rice paper, then top with snow peas.
  3. 3. Fold a corner of the rice paper sheet up over the filling, folder over the sides and then roll to enclose the filling.
  4. 4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 to create 12 rice paper rolls.
