Ingredients
Sun-dried tomatoes

Crushed red pepper flakes

Directions
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray. Add the cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink in the center, about 10 minutes.
- While the chicken cooks, boil the pasta in a large pot of water until al dente, then drain.
