Ingredients

  • White beans

    Mature seeds, cooked, boiled, without salt

    15 oz or 425g

  • Tuna

    Fish, light, canned in water, drained solids

    5 oz or 142g

  • Scallions

    Spring onions or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw

    2 medium or 30g

  • Lemon juice

    Raw

    1 tbsp or 15g

  • Olive oil

    Salad or cooking

  • Salt

Directions

  1. Empty beans into a colander and rinse gently with cool water. Allow the excess water to drain off. Set aside.
  2. Drain the can of tuna, then combine with the drained beans and tuna in a bowl.
  3. Thinly slice the green onions and add to bowl as well. Add the olive oil and lemon juice to the bowl and stir to combine.
  4. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste. Serve. Store any leftovers in covered container in the fridge.
