- Chop broccoli. Bring water to boil in a pan with a steam tray. Place broccoli in steam tray, cover, and steam for 4-6 minutes until broccoli has reached desired tenderness. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
- In a 10" skillet or wok heat the oil. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Add the broccoli and cook, stirring frequantly, until onions begin to caramelize. Remove from pan and return the pan to the heat.
- Chop chicken. Add to pan and cook until no longer pink. Return vegetables to pan and mix together well.
- Add in the chicken broth and soy sauce.
- Eat hot and enjoy!
- Note: For a thicker sauce mix 1-2 tbsp of cornstarch into the broth.
