  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, honey, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes.
