  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix first portion of flour, bread crumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Coat each piece of chicken in the mixture.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Whisk in remaining flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add chicken broth, milk, and half & half, bringing to a simmer. Add spinach and cook until wilted and sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add pasta and toss to combine.
  9. Serve pasta in bowls topped with sliced chicken.
