Ingredients
- Turkey bacon, unprepared

Directions
- Preheat grill to 350°F.
- Set a nonstick skillet on medium-high heat and spray lightly with olive oil. Cook red onions and garlic until onions are brown and translucent. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking up clumps with a wooden spatula.
- Slice turkey bacon vertically in half to create two strips from one slice. Repeat for all strips.
- Slice jalapeños down the middle and remove seeds with a small spoon.
- Mix cooked ground turkey, Greek yogurt, goat cheese, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the mixture, wrap with a turkey bacon strip, and grill with the mixture facing up for 23-25 minutes until jalapeño edges brown and bacon crisps.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
