Directions
- Cook the rice according to the package directions.
- While the rice is cooking, add the ground turkey to a skillet and cook over medium heat until fully cooked. Add oil if necessary to prevent sticking.
- Add the taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water to the cooked meat. Stir and simmer until the water reduces to a saucy consistency, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
