Directions
- Boil tortellini in salted water according to package directions. Drain and allow to cool.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, sliced cherry tomatoes, fresh corn kernels (or drained canned corn), chopped fresh basil, Parmesan cheese (grated preferred), and pepper.
