Feta cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Remove stalks from mushrooms and cut them up.
- Finely chop onion and saute with garlic for 3 min. Add the mushroom stalks and chopped spinach. Season with salt, origanum and pepper. Place lid on pan.
- Once spinach is cooked remove from heat and crumble the feta into the mixture. You can also add finely chopped olives if you prefer.
- Place mushrooms on an oven tray and cook for 7 min or until there is no liquid in the mushrooms.
- Fill with spinach and feta mixture and grated cheese on top.
- Bake until cheese melts and is golden brown.
