Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine the spinach, scallions, artichokes, red pepper, garlic, and dill. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
