Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Pound chicken breasts slightly and butterfly them to create a pocket without cutting through.
- Mix pesto, yogurt, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Fill chicken pockets with this mixture and secure with toothpicks.
