Directions
- While steak is cooking;
- mince garlic
- Add minced garlic to the lemon juice, WHITE wine vinegar (can sub red), water, EVOO, salt & pepper (to taste) shake/stir well for dressing.
- Wash and rip lettuce for salad (can also sub a store bought Spring salad mix)
- Cut onion into slices or chop in to small pieces (whatever way is preferable)
- Cut pears into bite size pieces. (If not incorporating into salad immediately coat with another tbsp of lemon juice to prevent browning)
- Combine lettuce, onion, pears and blue (Gorgonzola) cheese in large bowl and then add the steak once it has been cut to desired piece size.
- Add dressing and toss
- Eat.
