- Cut the steak into 2-inch wide by 6-inch long strips. Rub the steak strips with pink salt, pepper, chile powder, and paprika, then set aside.
- Heat half of the olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add pepper strips and sliced onions; season with salt and pepper.
