Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    Natreon canola, high stability, non trans, high oleic (70%)

  • Chicken breast

    Broilers or fryers, meat only, raw

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken breasts on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
