  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg whites, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into 16 golf ball-sized meatballs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook, turning frequently, until browned on all sides, about 3 to 5 minutes.
